Job Title: Collections Representative Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Collections Representative to join our team in managing and recovering decedent debt. This role involves making outbound calls to collect on deceased debt, establishing payment arrangements, and conducting fact-finding conversations to locate estate information. The ideal candidate will adhere to established policies and procedures while meeting daily collection goals. Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to collect on deceased debt following established policies and procedures. * Meet daily collection goals and productivity standards. * Maintain a queue of accounts with regular review, phone calls, and follow-up work. * Conduct fact-finding conversations to locate estate information and identify potential money sources. * Establish payment arrangements with urgency and firm deadlines. * Skip-trace accounts according to established practices. * Assist in special projects as needed. Essential Skills * High School Diploma or GED. * 1+ years of customer service experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications * 6+ months of collections or call center experience preferred, but not required * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $38480.00/yr.
