Apply Job Description JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Intern to support the administrative functions of the Marketing team. This paid internship will provide hands-on experience in supplier co-op marketing, trade show coordination, campaign research, and asset management. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the intern will assist in maintaining marketing processes, organizing campaign assets, and supporting cross-functional projects. Key Responsibilities Proofread and edit marketing materials, including email campaigns, brochures, web content, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. Assist the supplier co-op marketing team by reviewing/proofing and deploying New Product Introductions in support of the supplier business team. Help maintain marketing records by updating internal spreadsheets, organizing files, and tracking supplier program details as requested. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and preparing reports. Requirements Preferred Qualifications & Skills Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, with excellent proofreading and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with digital asset management systems or project management tools is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.
