We are currently seeking a Regional Director of Market Access Account Integration for the East sector who will lead and coach a team of six Directors of Market Access Account Integration. The Regional Director will play a critical role in executing our market access strategy and building relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of six Directors of Market Access Account Integration.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve market access goals across the East region.
  • Ensure coordination and consistency in account management practices across the team.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional payers, mid-size PBMs, IDNs, specialty provider groups, large employers, and coalitions.
  • Oversee the development and execution of strategic account plans for regional payers, specialty contract customers (MCOs, infusion and infusion management groups), IDNs, large employers, and coalitions.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, payer behaviors, and competitive activities to inform strategy and drive top-down demand.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align market access strategies and ensure optimal customer engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize pricing, payer and provider contracting, including above-brand initiatives.
  • Support team members in managing contract compliance, performance, and renewals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team to enhance market access initiatives.

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • 10+ years' experience in account management/leadership, with at least 5 of those years in market access in the following areas: regional payers and large contracted customers, including experience in market access strategies, healthcare economics, and reimbursement models.
  • Proven success in above-brand initiatives that drive innovation with market access customers.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50-60%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA and/or advanced clinical/science degree or equivalent.
  • Financial acumen and strong understanding of gross profit, erosion, ASP, Net Cost Recovery, and pricing impact.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated high learning agility and ability to adapt and pivot to continually changing product portfolios.
  • Initiative-taker with a strong history of demonstrated performance.
  • Strong account selling skills and ability to grow business through strategic planning and execution.
  • Effective communication and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to apply Compliance Policies and Procedures (CPP) in unstructured and fluid situations.
