Tech Specialist

Activities and Responsibilities

• Does analysis and makes recommendations to maintenance or engineering department.
• Submits change requests to process functions or equipment changes with appropriate documentation to show gains or improvement in output or quality.
• Maintains records systems in designated areas.
• Cooperates with TNSK employees to learn and develop technical skills.
• Develops and implements a spare parts program for assigned equipment.
• Investigates problem areas and provides input into possible solutions and countermeasures.
• Participates in the selection and evaluation of new equipment in assigned area.
• This job requires a minimum of a Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree in a related field and 4 to 6 years of position-related experience; preferably 6 to 8 years of position-related experience.
