Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt

What you'll do:

• Paint full-sized vehicles with minimal defects, including base coat/clear coat application, color matching, and defect repairs
• Perform equipment maintenance, verify chemical concentrations, and maintain paint documentation
• Prepare surfaces, load/unload parts, and maintain racking per process documentation
• Meet production goals while maintaining a clean, safe work area and supporting 5S initiatives
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and initiate process improvements

What you need to be successful:

• High school diploma/GED required (automotive paint certification or vocational training preferred)
• 1-2 years automotive paint experience with demonstrated understanding of paint materials
• Ability to tolerate high temperatures, dust, chemicals, and wear PPE respirators for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and team orientation with excellent attendance
• Basic computer skills and willingness to work overtime on short notice
