As the Global Business Growth & Automation Manager, you will play a key role in executing against the vision for both process and technology for your Lead to Opportunity process. You will collaborate with key business partners and sales stakeholders to ensure projects can be executed against a long-range plan strategic vision. Your responsibilities will include identifying process & policy considerations, understanding full Lead-to-Cash dependencies, aligning a feature roadmap to a strategic roadmap. This includes deliverables such as - process mapping, business requirements workshops, value realization scorecard metrics ownership, use cases for TMP feature needs. Roles and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Key expert and trusted adviser to business partners and extended GBGA team in the areas of Lead to Opportunity
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the vision for your function alongside your team to drive the Crawl, Walk, Run, Fly execution
  • Partner with Sellers and Global Seller Experience to identify key persona needs for pain points to drive to transformation outcomes
  • Own the creation, documentation and sign-off of Business Requirements documentation
  • Partner with Business Analysts, TMP Product Owners and BT Product Owners to develop requirements, solution and design reviews, testing and UAT
  • Identify Process and Policy Optimization initiatives
  • Create and maintain Jobs to Be Done artifacts
  • Perform Industry Research & Competitive discovery for Future State Inputs

A typical day may include...

  • Conducting workshops to drive scope alignment against future state vision for executable increments
  • Contributing to key elements of the Business Requirements document - including Future State Process Flows, KPIs, etc
  • Reviewing Seller Feedback for optimization opportunities for future state projects
  • Provide expertise as an SME to other workstreams for dependencies and E2E alignment
  • Review solution demos to ensure alignment to overall vision

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Able to take a strategic roadmap and break it down into increments of delivery
  • Able to connect the dots between processes and stakeholders
  • Proven stakeholder management experience - including managing multiple business partners across teams simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate with and influence multiples layers of organizations
  • Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail in business process designing and optimization at scale
  • Expertise in policy and process definitions and data governance.
  • Experience with Sales/Marketing processes and systems
  • Proven track record of technology projects execution at scale/globally. Salesforce.com (cert. is a plus)
