Purpose:

The Manager of Security has delegated authority from the DSSRC in regard to the following duties:



  1. The implementation, maintenance and integration of the Security Management System (SeMS)
  2. Establishing and modifying policy, procedures and instructions for Security.
  3. Acting as Facility Security Officer, initiating investigations for security clearances, and initiating reinvestigation on cleared personnel as needed.
  4. The enforcement and application of federal, state, and local laws to ensure a secure workplace environment and the protection of Company assets.
  5. Manages the Loss Prevention Program and investigates theft, workplace violence, and other violations of statutory law and/or Company policies.
  6. Provides physical security at Company functions as required.
  7. Functions as a liaison with applicable aviation security authorities, other relevant external entities, law enforcement, and prosecutors.
  8. Functions as an administrator of building security, emergency response, and evacuation procedures.
  9. Provides periodic briefings and presentations to various levels of management and company personnel.
  10. Assists Company personnel in maintaining compliance with pertinent aviation security programs and directives.
  11. Develops and implements aviation-related security awareness training programs.
  12. Conducts Security Test and/or audits as required and evaluates the security program for effectiveness and vulnerabilities. Develops and applies countermeasures, as necessary.
  13. Maintenance of safe log, ensuring safe is locked and secured at the end of every day, and checking secure P.O. Box for contents.
  14. Acts as Certified Fingerprint Collector.
  15. Maintains CASS/KCM database
  16. Ensure employee badging is documented and maintained in the data base maintained on the Safety Drive.
  17. Conduct fingerprint based Criminal History Record Check (CHRC).
  18. Acting as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO) establishing and executing the Company's insider threat program


Job Functions:

  • Investigate security clearances and initiate reinvestigation on cleared personnel

  • Primary liaison for local law enforcement and prosecutors
  • Functions as the primary administrator of building security, emergency response, and evacuation procedures
  • Provides periodic briefings and presentations to various levels of management and company personnel.
  • Maintaining compliance with aviation security programs
  • Develop aviation-related security awareness training programs
  • Conduct Security test/audits as required and evaluate the security program for the effectiveness and vulnerabilities. Develop and apply countermeasures, as necessary
  • Maintenance of safe log, ensuring safe is locked and secured at the end of every day, and checking secure P.O. Box for contents.
  • Certified Fingerprint Coordinator
  • Maintains CASS, Known Crewmember, APIS, Secure Flight Program, and Customs' Master Crew List for all ATI employees, couriers, and passengers, ensuring all information is accurate
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Maintaining and revising Operations Specifications and distributing and tracking revisions.
  • Assists the DSSRC on the "Go Team"


Position Requirements:



  • Fingerprint Training and FBI Database Access
  • Auditor Training
  • FSO Government Training for security clearances and handling of classified information
  • SMS Training
  • Requires some travel


Preferred Job Skills:



  • OSHA Training
  • Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • College Degree


Physical Requirements:



  • Employees are regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
  • Comply with ATI attendance requirements
  • Light to moderate lifting is required
