Title: Contract Representative Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Permanent Schedule: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Training: 6 weeks \| Schedule: 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (PST) Workdays: Monday - Friday Note: Interviews will be onsite at Visalia Convention Center City of Visalia, CA 93291 Required Must-Haves: Typing speed: 60-65 WPM (Test results must be attached in resume) Medical terminology Job Summary: Provides routine administrative and business services support within the Contracts department. This role requires a solid understanding of contract operations and business procedures. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze implementation materials to prepare documentation for new and existing businesses. Ensure benefits are compliant with relevant legislation and enter them into the system. Research and coordinate information to respond to internal and external inquiries. Serve as the first point of contact for customers to resolve issues. Identify process improvements for assigned cases. Negotiate deliverables with internal partners. Audit accounts to ensure compliance with specific mandates. Follow clearly defined procedures under close supervision.
