Its resources serve as the backbone of Capital Group Private Client Services (PCS), which originated in 1974 as the family office for Capital Group executives. PCS has since grown into a $38B business and its 40+ Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) advise over 2,000 high net worth individuals and families.

The Outsourced Advisory Solutions (OAS) team is responsible for enabling and enhancing connectivity between PCS and Capital Group's financial advisor network, leveraging PCS' trust, resources and experience for the benefit of our partners and their high net worth clients.

The Investment Specialist will work closely with the PCS team in the creation, implementation, and ongoing management of client portfolios. This may include pre-sale and post-sale presentations for both financial advisors and the end client.

  • You have outstanding professional experience and investment industry knowledge, including a deep understanding of private wealth and capital markets.

  • You have a demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with colleagues and financial advisors.

  • You are credible and influential, possessing strong executive presence and professional maturity.

  • You are collaborative, partnering seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

  • You have demonstrated in-depth knowledge of portfolio construction with an emphasis on high net worth households and endowments and foundations.

  • You have a minimum of a Bachelors' degree, with additional designations. CFA strongly preferred; other designations include CAIA, CIMA, or CPWA.

  • Series 65 required.

Base Salary Range: $235,000 - $250,000

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
