The HRIS & Compensation Specialist is an important part of the Compensation, Benefits and HRIS team, ensuring that data is maintained, reported and visualized in a manner that enables informed discussions and data driven decisions. This person will have a passion for accuracy, drive for process efficiency and an ability to organize and analyze large data sets to identify program and/or workforce trends.

How You Will Make an Impact:



  • Own day to day HRIS input, maintenance and ensuring data integrity for system transactions, procedures, report writing and processes

    • Work with HRIS vendors to develop, monitor and troubleshoot benefit carrier feed files and data imports and exports



        • Workforce reporting and metrics:




    • Design and develop custom reports, supporting HR requests
    • Create Excel dashboards and KPI visualizations
    • Support HR department reporting and analysis requests, including special projects requested by Dir. C&B HRIS or CHRO


  • Serve as a Payroll / Finance liaison - supporting monthly reporting, accruals and special requests
  • Prepare and submit data for audits and compliance-based reporting (EEOC, state compliance reporting)
  • Support the on-boarding process for new hires and employee changes
  • Develop and maintain process procedures and documentation for users, while identifying areas for process simplification
  • Compensation operations support:


    • Data file expert in annual compensation planning process, ensuring accurate data preparation and associated files for uploading and process launch. Monitor and provide status reports
    • Completion of benchmark surveys
    • Develop electronic templates for compensation related actions and workflow approvals




What we are looking for:



  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Information Technology or related field required
  • Three or more years of experience with HR business systems preferred
  • Expert Excel skills - experiencing building Excel dashboards a plus
  • HRIS experience. Dayforce preferred
  • Strong data analysis and data visualization skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to develop and test a hypothesis using data
  • Attention to detail, organizational and planning skills
