ISO New England is the independent system operator responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable flow of electricity in our region and planning for the future of the electric grid. We are at the forefront of New England's ongoing transition to clean energy. The Lead Compliance Analyst serves as a point person to support compliance operations and improve business practices for the ISO Tariff and NERC Operating and Planning standards in support of our strategic goal of operational excellence. In this role, you will collaborate with impacted business units to identify, monitor, and mitigate compliance risks including assisting with the onboarding process for NERC Standard and ISO Tariff changes. Additionally, maintain awareness of standards in development and regulatory agency actions and represent the ISO at stakeholder meetings. Identify and implement process improvements to the tools and resources used to ensure compliance. Use and configuration of Python programs to facilitate document research. What we offer you:
