Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

Community Association Banking Technology is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to support Payments and Web Applications. This position delivers strategic insight into business systems through complex analysis, reporting, and operational activities. Serves as a technical expert on system usage and performance. Determines business requirements and implements appropriate specifications, monitoring for compliance and effectiveness. Assists in identifying and resolving process issues which may involve system testing or development. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts in the work group.


Responsibilities

  • Partnership with Stakeholders
    • Partner with key stakeholders to understand their needs, gather detailed business requirements, identify metrics and reporting to monitor conversions and drive successful implementations.
    • Partner with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure coverage by those teams and align with business goals.
  • Data Analytics
    • Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output and documents analysis results for future use.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
  • Identifying Requirements
    • Determines system requirements and communicates them through user stories, process flows, specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation.
    • Identifies issues that affect system processes and assists in correcting.
    • Participate in testing and validating new systems and process to meet business requirements, while ensuring compliance through testing and analysis.
  • Process Documentation
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
    • Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
    • Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Reporting
    • Produces advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input, and system testing.
    • Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement.
    • May develop process enhancements based on analysis results.
  • System Support
    • Provides expert technical support for systems by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience.
    • Implements recommended modifications and enhancements.
    • Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering guidance on systems and data output.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong elicitation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle standards and Information Technology Change Management and Incident Management standards.
  • Experience with ACH and card payment systems

The base pay for this position is generally between $98,000 and $140,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
