About the Role:

The Enablement team is part of PitchBook's Marketing organization and focuses on supporting our frontline teams-Sales and Customer Success-with the content, programs, and tools they need to drive conversions at every stage of the funnel.

As a GTM Enablement Specialist, you'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Marketing teams (including product marketing, campaigns, and demand gen) to create and deliver impactful enablement solutions. Your focus will be on building and launching content, training, and programs that help customer-facing teams perform more effectively and close deals more efficiently. Success in this role is measured by the business impact of your work, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the adoption of enablement resources across teams.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute enablement strategies that support go-to-market priorities across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Deliver on existing content strategies that equip Sales and Customer Success teams with the right materials-like Sales Kits, FAQs, Factsheets, Competitive Battlecards, and Process Guides-so they drive results and deliver value within their roles
  • Use data to measure the impact of enablement projects and materials, communicating key performance metrics when required
  • Build trusted relationships with Sales and Customer Success - and their respective leaders - as they are our core customers
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Marketing teams (Product Marketing, Campaigns, Creative Agency teams, etc.) to continually align on content, campaigns, and messaging
  • Serve as a liaison to Sales and Customer Success, ensuring they stay informed and feel heard throughout broader go-to-market efforts
  • Manage enablement platforms and tools to ensure they're accessible, effective, and aligned to Sales/CS needs
  • Lead by example, modeling company values and promoting a high-performance and collaborative culture
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS preferred) in sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, or content creation roles
  • Experience supporting GTM teams and a strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools (CMS), and training
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations
  • First-rate written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence, drive clarity, and align teams on goals, timelines, and priorities
  • Passion for customer-centric collaboration and working in dynamic and team-oriented environments
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable working through ambiguity and change
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and attribution models to identify opportunities and communicate actionable insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and quick to learn new tools; experience with HighSpot and Salesforce is a plus
  • Energetic, adaptable, and driven to take initiative and deliver results
  • Team player with a positive and entrepreneurial spirit and a bias for action and innovation
