Leads planning and organizing projects designed to improve department processes; collects, analyzes, and produces financial and performance indicators and forecast. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance, information systems, human relations or directly related discipline. Minimum Experience Five (5) years experience in project program management, product development, system design/development. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must possess strong analytical, organizing, planning, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Workday experience, project management experience, data analysis skills, problem solving skills, troubleshooting skills, ability to understand workday integration data flow, ability to partner with IT, and data/automation skillsets for power automate/macros. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: (FEC_E24) U.S. Pay Range: $4,881.62/month - $8,461.48/month Colorado Pay Range: $4,881.62/month - $8,108.92/month New York Pay Range: $5,152.82/month - $8,461.48/month New York City Pay Range: $6,237.63/month - $8,461.48/month Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week.
