What you'll be doing:As part of the Cyber Architecture Services - Adaptive Defense Engineering team, you will collaborate with our Cyber Defense Red Team, PenTest Team and Insider Threat organizations. You will leverage frameworks such as MITRE CAPEC and STRIDE to build threat models that not only accelerate Cyber Defense testing efforts but also serve as a foundation for identifying and mitigating risk. At the same time, you will analyze Cyber Defense findings to architect targeted solutions that address vulnerabilities and close security gaps, ensuring a continuous feedback loop that strengthens Verizon's overall cybersecurity posture. Responsibilities:As part of the Adaptive Defense Engineering team, you will be responsible for performing and maintaining enterprise-scale threat models for devices, networks, applications, and systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to solve, harden and close security gaps as a result of findings. The ideal candidate is recognized as a senior most cybersecurity professional and has experience working in both offensive and defensive environments and has developed solutions in either or both areas.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annually salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $137,000.00 - $263,000.00. |
