Description Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Business Systems Strategic Partner to join their IT Business Systems team. This role is unique and critical to the successful deployment, user adoption, and system transformation efforts that support of our clients business operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between IT and business operations, driving system implementation projects, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Location: Addison, TX Duration: Fulltime/Direct Hire *CORE RESPONSIBILITIES* System Deployment & Integration Plan and coordinate the rollout of new systems, tools, and technologies to support business functions. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementations. Assist in data migration, configuration, and post-launch support. User Adoption & Change Management Develop and deliver user training programs, documentation, and support materials. Champion system adoption across departments by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and recommending solutions. Lead change management activities, including stakeholder communication and end-user engagement. Business Process Analysis Partner with business units to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system-based solutions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development and configuration. Support & Continuous Improvement Act as a point of contact for user support during and after system implementation. Monitor system usage, troubleshoot issues, and gather enhancement requests. Maintain system documentation, knowledge bases, and SOPs. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, project managers, and other key stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments and teams. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs and concerns are addressed. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, systems implementation, or similar roles. 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, or trades sales & distribution industry. 3+ years of Proven experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, or workflow automation platforms. Strong understanding of project management and change management methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Curiosity and the ability to learn new complex business processes and technology.
