Responsibilities

MV Transportation is seeking ahighly organized, proactive, and adaptable individual to serve as a Quality AssuranceManager supporting MV's Senior Vice President of Maintenance (SVP of Maintenance). This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys the rhythm and intensity of working closely with leadership while also bringing a quality-focused lens to maintenance support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working remotely as a part of a dynamic team, handles sensitive information with discretion, confidently delegates tasks to directors, and enjoys being the right hand to leadership. This role involves maintenance reporting and managing complex travel logistics.

Job Responsibilities:

    Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the SVP of Maintenance and 13-member corporate maintenance team, ensuring efficient and seamless daily workflows
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the SVP of Maintenance
  • Plan and coordinate regional meetings, including venue coordination, travel arrangements for participants and attendees, and creating agendas
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings, with a strong emphasis on data visualization through PowerPoint
  • Monitor and support maintenance workflows, helping to track deadlines, KPIs, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Prepare expense reports for the SVP of Maintenance and audit all corporate maintenance team member expense reports for accuracy and proper GL coding
  • Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively resolve administrative and operational issues


Qualifications

Talent Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years in an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar support role-experience supporting C-level leadership preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Discreet and professional with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Teams and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
