Job Summary:

The role involves providing SAP technical support to the CES team, focusing on maintenance activities, procurement, vendor management, and inventory control. The position supports the implementation of CES best practices across departments such as NOC, Field Supply, Markets, Procurement, Sales, and Supply, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. It involves analyzing maintenance and material management practices through the SAP PM system and offering process improvement recommendations. The role also includes assisting CES Coordinators with service-related inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely billing and invoice payments, and compiling operational reports for management. Additionally, the position requires documenting CES equipment activity, maintaining accurate master data, and supporting cross-functional teams with inventory documentation. Other duties include ensuring proper labor and material charge transfers, contributing to safety initiatives, fostering a team-focused environment, managing performance-enhancing projects, achieving team KPIs, and supporting regional sales and profit objectives through strong customer service and billing practices.

Principal Responsibilities:



  • Provide SAP technical support to CES team related to maintenance activities, procurement, vendors, materials, and inventory management.
  • CES Material SAP Part Master Data Management, including creating and adding SAP material numbers, updating MRP/ARO, and establishing safety stock for CES storerooms.
  • Identify, develop, implement, and track CES best practice initiatives between NOC, Field Supply, Markets, and Procurement and with Sales and Supply (CVIP state pressure vessel inspection compliance, CES vehicle inventory and budget spend, etc).
  • Provide analysis and recommendations for improvement with respect to material and maintenance management through SAP PM system.
  • Assist CES Coordinators and Telemetry Team in responding to incoming service-related call volume.
  • Ensure all maintenance, installation and equipment sale billings are accurate and timely.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices through the accounts payable system.
  • Compile reports as directed by CES Management (Central Support Mgr & Regional Manager).
  • Document and report first fill, start-up and removal activity of CES Equipment.
  • Update SAP Master Data/equipment management systems accordingly.
  • Research and provide detailed supporting documentation to Customers, Sales, Engineering, and Credit departments regarding CES maintenance activity.
  • Ensure all charges for labor and materials are transferred properly according to the company's accounting standards.
  • Assist in the delivery of Messer Safety goals.
  • Participate in and help create a positive team environment focused on customer service.
  • Develop and manage projects to advance performance of CES.
  • Focus on and meet team KPI's.
  • Assist in the meeting of regional sales and profit goals through delivery of customer service and billing targets.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 yrs experience in corporate business environment or related industry experience
