Job Summary: The role involves providing SAP technical support to the CES team, focusing on maintenance activities, procurement, vendor management, and inventory control. The position supports the implementation of CES best practices across departments such as NOC, Field Supply, Markets, Procurement, Sales, and Supply, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. It involves analyzing maintenance and material management practices through the SAP PM system and offering process improvement recommendations. The role also includes assisting CES Coordinators with service-related inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely billing and invoice payments, and compiling operational reports for management. Additionally, the position requires documenting CES equipment activity, maintaining accurate master data, and supporting cross-functional teams with inventory documentation. Other duties include ensuring proper labor and material charge transfers, contributing to safety initiatives, fostering a team-focused environment, managing performance-enhancing projects, achieving team KPIs, and supporting regional sales and profit objectives through strong customer service and billing practices.
