Eisai is preparing for the potential launch of a new product in the U.S. focused on educating HCPs on a treatment (if FDA-approved) for appropriate individuals suffering from mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease (AD) or mild AD. TheRegional Business Director (RBD) will be part of a diverse team of professionals who support this important launch and will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities and developing tactical programs to support the achievement of desired business results.In this role, the RBD will have the primary responsibility of building an elite team of Area Business Leaders (ABL), overseeing the build of a regional Neurology Account Specialist (NAS) team alongside their ABLs, and then leading demand generation in a manner consistent with the FDA-approved indication (presuming approval) to meet or exceed sales objectives. This will be accomplished by conveying complex clinical information to customers and key stakeholdersregarding FDA-approved indications of this novel therapy. The individual will implement and oversee regional business plans consistent with the national strategy to achieve regional objectives and will lead their region in increasing the knowledge of Alzheimer's disease within the medical community. Experience in Life Sciences industry preferred. Sales Incentive Plan & Eisai Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan - Field Sales.Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
