Position Objective The Quality Systems Manager is responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS) and supporting processes. The ultimate goal is to ensure that the entire Aerospace & Defense Solutions business is compliant with required accreditations and certifications, that we conform to internal and external standards, and continually improve our processes and systems. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/SCOPE The Quality Systems Manager is an individual contributor or a people leader. The scope of work is global and directly impacts the operations of the organization. Communications among team members and external partners is critical for this role, in all forms. The incumbent has a wide latitude of discretion and significant influence and impact on the quality function as a whole.
