Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Preventative Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the resort's preventative maintenance program. This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of all mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring the property remains in excellent working condition and delivers an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and schedule the preventative maintenance team to ensure timely and thorough completion of routine maintenance tasks across all resort facilities.

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.

• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to develop, implement, and refine preventative maintenance plans and procedures.

• Ensure all maintenance work meets Omni Hotels & Resorts' safety and quality standards.

• Train and mentor maintenance staff to maintain a high-performance, safety-focused work environment.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

• Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions and support seamless resort operations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a hospitality or commercial setting; previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

• Proven leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• EPA Universal Certification and/or other relevant technical certifications a plus.
