Ski perks (vary based on employment status) may include Deer Valley season pass, free skiing or riding at other Alterra Resorts and select local Utah resorts Friends and family ski discounts, free staff ski lessons and discounted rentals (winter staff only) Subsidized meals at Employee Dining Rooms offered for staff while on shift Subsidized housing options available for seasonal full-time staff Discounts for staff members at restaurants, shops, and service providers in Park City Healthcare options are available for staff members 401k plan with company match PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Concert Concessions Cook I is responsible for cooking a'la carte, buffet style set-ups and service, line set-ups, and serving Deer Valley Guests. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare food promptly and efficiently in accordance with established production standards and time constraints Keep service lines spotless, change containers as needed, and ensure food selections are well stocked and appropriately garnished Properly store and rotate food to ensure freshness and avoid waste Label and store leftover products in the appropriate area of a cooler or kitchen Ensure that prep list and station par levels are set and maintained throughout service Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Prior kitchen experience preferred Able to lift and carry 25-50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, withstand frequent up-and-down/ twisting/repetitive movements, and reach with hands/arms to handle objects, tools, or controls DATES OF EMPLOYMENT: * Summer 2025 PAY RATE: Pay: $20.00 per hour Deer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
