Position Details:



  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Analyze and interpret manufacturing cost structures, including material, labor, and overhead.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor key manufacturing metrics (OEE, scrap rates, throughput, inventory turns) and assess their financial impact.
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams to identify cost-saving initiatives and CAPEX projects.
  • Prepare monthly plant performance reviews, financial dashboards, and management reports.
  • Track and analyze inventory valuations, cycle counts, and obsolescence reserves.
  • Ensure GAAP compliance in all financial reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills required).
  • Experience with the Infor M3 ERP system is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of standard costing and variance analysis methodologies.
