What you'll do The employee in this UX Designer I position will be responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user experiences across web and mobile software products. Their work will involve conducting user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and needs, then translating those insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high/low-fidelity designs. They will also collaborate with development teams to ensure that final implementations align with user experience goals and accessibility standards, participate in design reviews, and help define UX standards for the organization. Who you are The ideal candidate for this role would be someone early in their UX career (1-2 years of experience) with a strong foundation in user-centered design and a passion for improving usability and accessibility. This person should be detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative-someone who thrives in a team environment and is comfortable balancing multiple projects. Your skill-set Required skills include proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; a working understanding of accessibility and WCAG standards; experience with user research techniques; and familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are also essential to succeed in this fast-paced, collaborative role.
