Job Summary:As a HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR initiatives and strategies. You will work closely with Senior HR leaders to provide data-driven insights and solutions to add value and solve key business problems Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior HR leaders to implement HR strategies that support business/company goals
- Support workforce planning by reporting and analyzing headcount, budget, and performance metrics to forecast future business needs
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations to Sr. PBPs for improvement. (i.e. turnover trends)
- Partner with the COEs - L&D, Compensation, TA in delivering specific tools to the business
- Support the development & execution of HR programs, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement
- Participate in the recruitment process, assessing the quality of job documentation and role evaluation
- Work closely with Senior PBPs on year-end compensation planning; preparing compensation models and participate in market data preparation and analysis
- Support managers with Performance Management
- Conduct research and stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends
- Redirect transactional queries to Self Service or the HR Service Center as appropriate
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a consultancy environment
- Proficiency in Excel, (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and the ability to build models for data analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of HR metrics, practices, and compliance standards
- Meticulous attention to detail with proficiency in detecting and resolving inconsistencies
- Service-focused with the ability to build trusted relationships with employees and managers
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI
What we offer:
For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of $90,000 - $100,000. Your offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location. In addition, you will be offered competitive target incentive compensation, with awards based on overall corporate and individual performance.
