As the Business Operations Manager, you will provide leadership in defining and implementing the strategic direction for business operations, ensuring that processes and initiatives are aligned with corporate goals and drive maximum impact. You will partner with leadership to drive innovation, performance, and continuous improvement in business operations.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field of study or relevant, equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of business operations or relevant experience.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Implement the strategic direction for business operations in collaboration with leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and driving high-impact operational outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to define business operations goals and priorities, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies.
  • Oversee the optimization of business operations processes, using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of business operations strategies.
  • Drive continuous innovation in business operations practices, adopting new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance performance.
  • Develop and present reporting on business operations' performance, offering strategic insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. The role also offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring you to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
