40 hours a week Hybrid- Waukegan, IL, might consider remote for exceptional candidates that exceed qualifications 2 Step interview process This role involves a mix of instructional design, learning and development, corporate communications, and social media writing. Previous experience supporting IT groups. *Key Responsibilities*: * Develop instructional materials, infographics, and course curriculum. * Write and manage newsletters, social media posts, and internal communications. * Coordinate activities, schedule meetings, and host webinars. * Update and maintain SharePoint sites and PowerPoint presentations. * Collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders to support the Architecture Program. * Create a sense of community among architects through various communication channels. *Requirements*: * Proven experience in instructional design, learning and development, and corporate communications. * Strong writing skills and ability to create engaging content. * Familiarity with technology components such as SharePoint, SAP, Workday, and enterprise architecture. * Proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to work with templates. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
