Hybrid - Mondays Wednesdays Thursdays on site. PM the Investor Checking Growth Initiative - Work with Bank Marketing and Check Vendor Marketing Credit Campaign / Coordinating - Manage the Automatic Cash Promo process - Manage client communications and Letter changes - Manage changes to existing or new checking related sales material and training - Manage financial consultant compensation process and review - Manage Online Account Open Enhancements process Daniel Carver-primarily on the bank side at Schwab, product management, a little crossover with brokerage. Sub team manages deposit-checking/savings, small team but part of a greater bank/brokerage/cash product team of 20 people. This year have been tasked with growing their checking product- want people using it for their daily needs-1.8 million checking accounts but they're all linked to brokerage account. We all have regular jobs on top of this project so stretched assignment-working with marketing on some of this-looking for someone to manage this project-keep us on track. Hard to remember where we're at so need them to help us manage. Some are in motion, some are planned. Cash incentive, manual tracking and fulfillment of that to incentivize people to open a checking account and deposit money. Financial Consultant plan to run brokerage side and those will be compensated too fi they open a checking, direct mail promotion. Educate the team on benefits on the plans, updating communications related to investor checking, digital enhancements, marketing campaigns, investor checking onboarding experience enhancements. Looking for someone who can keep track of overall project and workstreams in excel, open items, lead execute workstreams, tracking of fulfillment campaign and cash awards-it's manual process, trying to automate it for next year. Updating external and internal content, scheduling meetings for each workstream, preparing meeting agendas/taking notes, following up with business partners, escalate any issues. Working with high level regional banking managers, financial consultants, will be working with other groups like client experience-will be part of the training. Coordinate updates for marketing content updates. Business coordination-not tech delivery. What are the top 3 skills you're looking for on a resume? Do they need to have banking experience? Marketing and banking exp is a plus-not necessary, project management skills and detail oriented, marketing exp would help. What management tools are they using? Use excel-if someone has a better idea happy to explore it. How long do you expect the project to go for-9 months-expect it may go longer? Interview process-likely virtual, 2 no more than 3 rounds of interviews. Evaluated on did we hit launch dates for each workstreams Cash bonuses for those that qualify. Disco communications-a way to send comms to banking clients. Will be manual tracking of who we sent emails out to and who qualifies for the award.
