We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will process electronic documents and data in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various applications and systems to complete tasks timely and within service level agreement timeframes. You will perform tasks related to the set-up of loans for mortgage insurance, contract, and recession relief underwriting organizations.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Set up loans into various systems by reviewing customer-submitted data and documents. * Cross-validate information between documents and systems to ensure accuracy. * Make necessary revisions to ensure data integrity. * Determine and resolve problems within loan file set-up. * Resolve loan submission issues using established procedures. * Seek additional information as needed and escalate complex issues. * Provide back-up assistance to other teams as directed. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Office, and Teams. * 1+ years of related experience in mortgage or similar industries * Strong business math skills. * Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail *Work Environment:* * On-site at our downtown location. * Monday to Friday, 10:30am-7pm CST. * Cubicle environment *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $31.41 - $31.41/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
