We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fire Sprinkler Systems Technician to assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire protection sprinkler systems for commercial applications. This role involves working with piping, valves, gauges, and other system components to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Assist in the installation and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, deluge, and pre-action systems. * Install and maintain piping, valves, gauges, flow injection systems, and backflow prevention devices. * Prepare accurate and timely documentation of work performed. * Complete monthly vehicle reports and maintain truck inventory to ensure readiness for customer needs. * Adhere strictly to company safety policies and procedures. * Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and courteous service. * Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors. *Required Skills:* * Proficiency in working with sprinkler systems, fittings, gauges, valves, flow injection, and backflow prevention. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Solid work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship. *Qualifications:* * High school diploma or vocational training required. * Minimum of 1 year of experience with fire sprinkler systems. * Working knowledge of NFPA standards including 13, 13R, 13D, 14, 20, and 24, as well as applicable local fire codes. * Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screening. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
