Job DescriptionThe Visa Global Small Business team is responsible for overseeing and driving Visa's global small business agenda and thought leadership. The team is organized across two distinct functions: (1) Performance Management & Market Intelligence and (2) Sales &go-to-market. The team is meant to work cross-functionally and be multidisciplinary in skillet. The Performance Management and Market Intelligence function is responsible for (1) providing visibility on our performance across sales and drivers, delivering insights on emerging opportunities/threads to the business, (2) bringing market intelligence on key trends shaping the present and future of the business and providing research-based recommendations based on competitive intelligence and regional needs, (3) finding and executing strategic initiatives to improve overall performance (e.g., implement process improvements, finding new business opportunities in our existing portfolio, supporting the development of our 2030 strategy), and (4) supporting overall business planning and operations. The current role of "Performance Intelligence Manager" will be the "A" in building, maintaining, and enhancing our reporting and analytics capabilities across sales and drivers, playing an essential foundational role in creating consistent and actionable performance insights. The position will work closely with and lead key relationships, requiring highly effective collaboration and influencing, and driving results in a matrix environment and across Visa's global organization. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. QualificationsBasic Qualifications Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,700.00 to 170,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
