Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will primarily focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Email Marketing, helping to drive our online presence and engage with our audience effectively. Responsibilities:

SEM / SEO

  • SEM Campaign Management:Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).

  • Campaign Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing monthly and weekly performance reports, insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Optimization: Review optimization scores for campaigns, update with audience additions, ad copy refresh, and video assets inclusion.

  • SEO Keyword Research:Conduct keyword research through Conductor platform PPC reports to identify high-performing keywords and optimize SEM campaigns based on organic search performance.

  • Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to align SEM strategies with overall marketing goals.

Email

  • Email Campaign Execution: Build, test, and deploy marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.

  • Technical & Creative Development: Use Taxi to develop emails and ensure the emails are optimized and render consistently across platforms and devices.

  • Content Creation:Develop engaging content for email newsletters, promotional emails, and other marketing materials.

  • List Management:Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication.

  • A/B Testing:Implement A/B tests to optimize email campaign performance.

  • Reporting:Generate reports on email marketing campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.

  • Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to align email marketing strategies with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of SEM and email marketing principles.

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced marketing landscape.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SEO and content marketing.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Physical Requirements:
  • Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen

  • Generally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body

Compensation:

The starting base pay rate for this position is:

$23.25
