Director of Neurodiversity Innovation & Employer Partnerships Curry College is seeking Director of Neurodiversity Innovation & Employer Partnerships to serve as the for the strategic initiatives of the Neurodiversity Center for Excellence (NCE). This position will be responsible for program development, design, consultative practices, thought leadership in neurodiversity, and workplace inclusion. The ideal candidate will have a background in business and consulting focused on neurodiverse adults, along with expertise in program and product building. They should be a recognized expert in neurodiversity, with experience in inclusive employment practices, universal design for learning (UDL), and supporting neurodivergent individuals in professional settings.
