We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS and/or Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The Talent Acquisition Analyst will also be responsible for processing offers, preboarding and onboarding new employees via iCIMS. Your Impact
Utilize iCIMS and Oracle Recruiting Cloud to manage candidate information, track recruitment progress, and generate reports.

Pay range of $25.00- $27.00/hour on a contract basis. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
