We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to play a key role in helping our business leaders by identifying and delivering new business opportunities for T-Mobile and our customers. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-driven professional with the ability to think broadly and strategically while bolstering T-Mobile's business and delivering results and recommendations to drive acquisition and partnership decisions. They will focus on creating and sustaining key partnerships for our loyalty program, Magenta Status, while collaborating with and supporting the overall vision of leadership. This position will work closely with the marketing partnership team to deliver brand partnerships that align with the marketing strategy focusing on customer needs for both near-term and long-term goals. *** This position must be located in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS requiring at a minimum of 3 days a week in office. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
