We're on the hunt for a Campaign Manager for Acquisition Direct Marketing who excels in campaign management, cross-functional coordination, and operational execution to bring direct marketing strategies from concept to market. If you have a knack for project management and can juggle multiple campaigns at different stages of the campaign management lifecycle while ensuring smooth operational execution, we want you on our team! You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, using diverse skills and perspectives to drive our campaigns forward. You'll ensure our campaigns are completed on time, efficiently, and with zero defects.Your mission: make sure our Direct Mail and Email campaigns are always timely, high-quality, and are implemented in effectively and efficiently. Plus, you'll be challenged to innovate and find opportunities to improve processes that will enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role is located in Denver, CO Broadway, Our Bellevue, WA HQ and our Overland Park, KS offices. T-Mobile is enjoying three days a week hybrid work environment! What You'll Do Campaign Management:

* At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No): #LI-Corporate Base Pay Range: $76,200 - $137,400 Corporate Bonus Target: 15%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
