Job OverviewThe Sr. Solutions Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of T-Mobile's Solutions Engineers supporting complex solutions-including ANS (Private 5G) and IoT-across Enterprise, SMB, SLED, and Strategic segments. T-Mobile's Solutions Engineering team is known for its deep expertise in Business IT environments, and this role will help elevate that expertise with solution architecture, software development, and AI. By introducing modern technologies and practices, this leader will drive scalable solution design, accelerate deal velocity, and further expand T-Mobile's footprint with high-value customers. We are looking for a collaborative leader who values diverse perspectives, thrives in cross-functional settings, and is eager to nurture talent and spur innovation. Job Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sr. Solution Engineers and Solution Engineers supporting presales efforts for complex solutions (ANS, IoT, etc.). Introduce new skill sets-especially in software, solution architecture, and AI-to keep the team at the forefront of industry trends. Senior-Level Customer Engagements: Participate in executive-level presentations with strategic customers. Provide technical leadership to help sales teams close high-value opportunities involving complex, multi-partner solutions. Cross-Functional Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Training teams to drive results. Influence roadmap and go-to-market strategies for complex solutions. Process & Initiative Champion: Lead initiatives to enhance solution repeatability, reduce time-to-quote, and improve sales enablement. Promote organizational best practices, foster innovative solution approaches, and encourage knowledge-sharing. Strategic Advisor & Planning: Serve as a trusted technical advisor and partner to the Director, Solutions Engineering & ANS, shaping long-term plans for solution delivery, team structure, and talent development.
