Within our Buildings & Technology vertical, the Green Building & Sustainability Consulting group leads NV5's work in creating high-performance, healthy, and resilient buildings. Position Summary The Director of Sustainability will play a pivotal role in leading the next phase of growth and transformation for NV5's Sustainability Consulting group. As the industry accelerates toward decarbonization, ESG performance, and occupant wellness, this leadership role is both strategic and hands-on. The Director will shape the future of our consulting services-expanding offerings, growing our national team, and elevating NV5's position as an industry thought leader. This individual will not only oversee technical delivery across LEED, WELL, and performance consulting engagements but will also drive business development, champion innovation, and ensure operational excellence. The role is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of technical rigor, design collaboration, and market strategy.
