About the Role What you will do
- Support the commercial team with existing pricing models as well as help with the development and evaluation of alternative pricing structures
- Collaborate with product teams to determine differentiated pricing strategies to support sales growth
- Partner with other internal clients on the continued improvement of the pricing process
- Drive business model and pricing strategy and policies to maximize profitability
- Work with senior leadership on accounting and finance pricing decisions as it relates to commercial opportunities
- Support the commercial team in developing pricing proposals, evaluating strategic options, and responding to customer RFP inquiries
- Partner with commercial teams and operations managers in the commercial process for continued success
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner
- Be involved in special projects, communication, and overall organizational changes related to commercial pricing
- Be involved in projects related to opportunity management and commercial data
- Partner with other internal clients such as contract and legal teams to expedite the client contracting process
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Detail-oriented work ethic and ability to produce work with a high degree of accuracy
- Superbanalytical/quantitative and communication skills
- Ownershipmentality and demonstrated ability to independently drive projects to completion, with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem solving ability using statistical analysis or large data sets
- Proven experience inthoughtful collaboration, and keen focus on understanding business challenges, building strong relationships, and driving even stronger outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex, nuanced, or detailed analysis into clear, actionable summaries or recommendations
- Comfortin ambiguity, ability to thrive through change, highly adaptable attitude, and can create clarity and focus in a dynamic environment
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
- Builder mentality - identify problems quickly with eagerness to build solutions from scratch
- Excel and PowerPoint skills
