This is an exciting job opportunity for a Quality Manager onsite in Aurora, CO, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

  • Manage industrial quality team and resources.

  • Monitor defined industrial quality performance KPI's aligned with targets and initiate appropriate actions; promote First Time Right and Zero Defects approaches and operational excellence.

  • Ensure customer centricity and implement programs to prevent issues related to manufacturing processes and attain Cost of Quality and Cost of Non-Quality targets.

  • Define, implement, and monitor Industrial Quality standardized processes and lean/continuous improvement activities.

  • Lead, mentor and develop industrial quality team; manage succession plan for industrial quality functions.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial quality with a deep understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality tools, quality process management, and regulatory requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role

  • Experience implementing lean principles and practices with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Successful managing cross-functional teams and building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, change management, and influencing skills

Salary:$115,900 - 169,950 based on experience level

Bonus: Target bonus opportunity 15%
