NantHealth is adding a Sales Executive to our growing sales team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Utilize a strategic and proactive approach with existing business relationship portfolio and be entrepreneurial in acquiring new business.
  • Uses effective sales techniques to uncover customer needs that can be addressed through the company's solutions.
  • Ability to jump into different environments, adapt, and learn new skills and processes quickly.
  • Remain current in health care and wellness policies and market trends to offer proactive information and guidance to NantHealth teams and potential clients
  • Serve as one of the thought leaders within the accounts and within the healthcare IT marketplace
  • Ensure CRM is updated on a consistent based to reflect effective, proactive sales cycle management skills
  • Work cross-functionally across sales management, professional services and product development
  • Proactively bridge the gap and act on the behalf of the client's voice as well and the company's voice
  • Productively work from the executive level to the operational level, understanding clients' needs and positioning company's solutions in a valued based approach to achieve client satisfaction as well as the company's revenue growth
  • Effectively manage the proposal and contracting process of complex, multi-tiered solution selling environments within the healthcare IT space, with a concentration in payor, provider/health systems and/or life science markets.

Experience & Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (commensurate experience considered in lieu of degree)
  • 8+ years' experience in Sales, selling into large national Payors, with a deep knowledge and understanding of the healthcare tech landscape
  • Experience in selling SaaS technologies in the Payor domain

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Strategic thinker skilled at building relationships and influencing potential client leadership at all levels
  • Experienced with large consultative deals in the payor/healthcare arena
  • Experience brokering and negotiating complex contracts in large national payor accounts .
  • Proven history of building strategic relationships, selling and closing complex deals.
  • Equally strong at building relationships with internal team members across multiple functional areas
  • Strong business analytics and metrics skills
  • Able to influence and align client goals with NantHealth
  • Ability to sell to senior leaders and C level executives.

The anticipated base salary for applicable remote US-based applicants to this position is below.


  • $150,000 base salary, plus commission plan.
