Description Manhattan Strategy Group is seeking a highly analytical Jr. Pricing Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and profitability by developing and implementing effective pricing strategies that are aligned with our business goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing strategies Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support data-driven pricing decisions Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to support pricing initiatives Lead the implementation of pricing strategies and manage the pricing process, including conducting regular pricing reviews and making recommendations for pricing changes Monitor and analyze the performance of pricing strategies, and make adjustments as needed to ensure they are aligned with business goals and objectives Communicate pricing decisions and strategies to stakeholders and provide training and support as needed Stay current with the latest pricing best practices and industry trends, and incorporate this knowledge into your practice Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with pricing analysis in a corporate environment. Proficiency in statistical and analytical software tools such as Excel, SQL, and R. Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of industry-specific pricing strategies and market dynamics. Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
