About the Role

We are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner with strong experience in recruiting strategy and execution. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and implementing talent initiatives that support Solvita's growth and mission. You'll work closely with leadership, recruitment, and employees, and contribute to broader HR priorities. In addition, you will also be a support for disciplinary matters and employee relations as needed.

What We're Looking For



  • Proven experience developing and executing recruiting strategies.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations.
  • Adaptability and collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or closely related field.
  • HRCI or SHRM certification required or must be obtained within three years of position start.
  • Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
