Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC and El Paso, TX. This is a 6+ month contract position. Review Trade Finance transactions to detect red flags and heightened risks based on transactional factors such as industries, geography, goods, and value Perform due diligence, documenting customer activity baselines and risk assessments Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze thousands of data rows using pivot tables, v-lookups, and charts Develop strategies and tools in collaboration with technology and business teams to improve review processes Draft well-supported written risk dispositions and observations to communicate findings to business partners Act as a subject matter expert in anti-money laundering and counter-threat finance, supporting junior team members Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education 4+ years of experience in risk management, business controls, business operations, compliance, or related process roles Commercial banking and credit analysis background Strong understanding of financial crimes risk and trade finance products Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and clearly communicate risk Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts, etc.) with experience managing large data sets Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to adapt to evolving processes and procedures Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities Pay Range: $ 43 - 53 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
