About This Team The growing M&A and Corporate Legal team at Cloud Software Group is responsible for the company's M&A, deal-related financing, divestitures, post-acquisition integration and transition services. In addition, this group is responsible for general corporate matters, including corporate governance, legal support for bank debt and capital markets financing, as well as global subsidiary management. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to support our growing in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role will involve legal entity management and rationalization, assisting with M&A, preparing and maintaining corporate documents, and providing general legal support to the organization.
