Overview Datawatch Systems Inc., a leader in the alarm monitoring and access control industry, has immediate career opportunity for a Service Dispatcher Career. This position is responsible for processing requests via email, phone, and fax to schedule and dispatch technicians for troubleshooting and maintaining Datawatch equipment. This position is on-site in our Bethesda office and schedule is 12 pm - 8 pm Monday - Friday. The office is Metro accessible. Pay rate is $17/hour plus benefits and paid time off.
