Responsibilities

As a Facilities Manager with MTSI you will be responsible for maintaining facilities in compliance with applicable facility and security regulations for various Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs. This position will be located at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Responsibilities:

Duties to be independently executed include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee classified facilities and provide expertise in all facility management functions in accordance with the applicable base and security regulations and requirements.
  • Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
  • Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
  • Maintain stock levels and parts within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with government facility and security policies/procedures.
  • Evaluate proposed construction plans (drawings, blueprints, and schematics).
  • Coordinate contractor work on-site with program teams.
  • Oversee the construction and accreditation of new classified storage and processing facility and requirements implementation and advise government representatives on compliance or variances.
  • Conduct periodic inspections for the duration of the project to ensure compliance with applicable directives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of operational facilities management and services experience, including knowledge of property management, vendor management, leases, construction terms and practices, preferably related to aerospace and defense or technology-based industries
  • 5+ years of experience with an emphasis on facilities, hospitality, corporate services, event management, asset management or equivalent office management experience.
  • Recent practical experience supporting DoD Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security programs.
  • Experience with audio/visual installation and integration in the Audio/Visual industry.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility.
