Position Close Date: 6/04/25 Position Summary: The Facilities Technician II works under the direction of the Facilities Coordinator as part of a team performing a variety of building maintenance, remodeling and landscaping of Volunteers of America Oregon's facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Environmental Conditions: Work is regularly performed in a combination of office, residential centers, outdoors, and shop conditions. Travels locally to VOA facilities. Regular exposure to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise. Schedule: This is a full-time position; 40 hours per week; Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some weekends or evening hours may be necessary in emergency situations. Rotating on call schedule will be a part of schedule.
