FlexStaff is seeking a temporary Inventory and Product Management Specialist for our client, a manufacturing company in Melville. This role manages product information and resources, ensuring accurate pricing, specifications, and marketing materials are available to internal and external stakeholders.



  • Temporary role from 6/1 through 9/30/2025
  • 35 hours per week
  • Hybrid, 3 days in the Melville, NY office, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
  • Pay Rate $41-42


Job Description

Manages all essential assets (Price List, Data Sheet, Program Guide, Product Set Up Guide) as well as data collection for business intelligence working with team members from Product Planning and Business Planning. The role is also required to work with outside of group such as Product Administration, Logistics, Sales Support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Update & distribute all price lists (all models, all channels)

* Update eCarePAK flyers for product launches, pricing changes, etc.

* Run report to determine 4 & 5 year MFP eCarePAKs purchased.

* Find scanner serial numbers and submit manual warranty PO to Global Scanning.

* Update Large Format Media Guide with changes when necessary.

* Update Media Data Sheets as needed.

* Submit expense requests based on the Service's request

* Submit and manage expense requests for the procurement of media, devices, and other resources.

* Update PIBs from the old templates

* Update product Spec Sheets as new revisions are released.

* Assist with cost analysis calculations and formatting

* Support communication and coordination with the CLA Team; run PLMs.

* Distribute CLA marketing content by retrieving assets from the CINC Marketing site and sharing with CLA stakeholders.

* Assist in the creation of custom print samples.

* Build and maintain Product Setup Sheets.

* Correspond with Product Control and Procurement teams as needed.

* Organize and clean up shared drive folders, especially archived print samples and product image directories.

* Create quick-tip product reference sheets using the provided raw content.

* POS, Reporting Dissemination, Updating into Master File, TZ Tier list, ACB Validations, B&H 10% PO Update

REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office Suite, which includes Word, Excel, PPT, etc
  • Experience with wholesale systems a plus
