TITLE: Intern



POSITION OBJECTIVE: This Internship role will support the Product Manager in executing key customer initiatives, optimizing packaging and pallet strategies, and coordinating product development deliverables. The objective of this role is to provide hands-on assistance across multiple accounts-such as Target, Walmart, H-E-B, ALDI, and Grocery Outlet-by managing sample logistics, preparing customer materials, and contributing to process improvements.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Pursuit of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field
  • Good organizational skills and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks and demands
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Adobe Illustrator
  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
  • Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Review existing pallet patterns across all customer accounts with focus on Target's Food Storage Products.
  • Explore and propose new configurations to maximize pallet efficiencies and reduce freight costs
  • Assist in the final product development stages for 20 new SKU's
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of product images (carton and master) for customer approval
  • Support the shipment of finished goods (FG) product samples from Thailand and China for customer review
  • Label and archive FG samples for the Sales team on the 2nd mezzanine
  • Collaborate with international supplies for coordination of China-based SKU's
  • Packaging development and coordination
  • Order and logistics tracking
  • Supplier transition support
  • Attend Department meeting(s) as needed
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
